Copywriting and editing
I like explaining things simply and writing streamlined copy that’s empathetic to the reader and spot on for SEO. My specialties are product and brand copywriting which I’ve done for many industries: accounting and retail software, banking, telecommunications, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, start-ups, and universities. I also enjoy editing to get a brand's tone of voice and messages right for any audience.
UX writing and content architecture
My interest in a customer's experience means I enjoy creating content architecture and navigation as well as writing the copy for websites and apps. I like collaborating on UX flow and prototypes to demonstrate and test the process to lead a viewer from point A to point B. I work well with digital strategists, experience designers, project producers and developers.
Content strategy
As content strategist, I create audience personas and content plans. My process starts with understanding a brand and its strategy, then defining audience’s needs, producing the content pillars to meet those needs, and planning and writing the content that those audiences will want to spend time with.
