Education and empathy for Xero’s customers

I’ve introduced and explained many Xero products to small business owners, accountants and bookkeepers around the world. I often get asked to ‘work your magic’ to describe features and tools in a way that’s easy to understand and gets straight to the benefits. In emails, blogs, video scripts and website copy, I share how automation helps Xero customers have more time to do what they love. For example, the email here explains all the resources that Xero brought together for customers at the beginning of COVID-19, and this blog announces new tools to help accountants work more efficiently.
