Actionable outcomes of a persona workshop

I enjoy running persona workshops to determine who a brand's audience really is. Here are content deliverables for Amanda, a fictional customer of a fictional farm supply store chain. After examining her needs, challenges and goals in relation to the brand, I can state – then create – the types of content she'll find meaningful.
